Clean & Clear is one of the leading beauty/skin care brands with a global reach of more than 90 international markets. These products are uniquely formulated for the special needs of teen girls to deliver clean, noticeably clear, beautiful skin. Clean & Clear desired to maintain its leadership position and relevancy with its consumers in an increasingly crowded and competitive environment.

studioCase worked closely with Johnson & Johnson to rethink and reimagine the Clean & Clear brand. This began with an extensive discovery process that helped provide a deep understand of what the brand means to consumers around the world and included significant customer input throughout the initiative.
RESULTS
This highly collaborative approach led to the development of a unique, differentiated, and renewed Clean & Clear brand that resonated deeply with consumers and distanced it from the competitive pack. Clean & Clear sales increased dramatically and it has firmly reestablished its leadership position within the teen skin care category.
